Secrets: Secret Agendas, Secret Itineraries

"Shhh! I have a story to tell you...but I don't want anyone else to hear...I have a secret agenda, one that may disrupt the lives I am surrounded by, one that may cause damage, one that may even hurt...but it doesn't matter because I am only concerned with myself...I have always been....as I always will....

I don't care who I affect, I don't care who I hurt...all I care about is me....and only me... All that I do, all that I say, all that I am, is my secret sect, my society. My secret life, my secret friends, my secret..."

That just about sums up the people in my life....Their secret lives....They want you to believe in them, support them, encourage them...love them...and help them...but they cannot remove their veils...everything is shrouded in secrets....

The dictionary defines secret as:

Now considering that the secrets that are being held do not pose a threat to national security, they do, however, impact those involved or not involved...Do you know what it is like to live with people you really don't know, yet you've known them all of your life? I have actually sat around wondering these past few months what could really be accomplished keeping something hidden from someone when the impact of the very secret could be great...These people look deep into your eyes, even say nice things, but the reality is they are operating on their own agendas, their own iteneraries...the very same people who expect help, support and encouragement...these are the very same people who want honesty and trust, but they cannot offer you the same...even if their lives depended upon it!

I don't know...its a conundrum....

So much for communication ;-) Let's just keep a secret!
